摘要材料信息是支持并行设计决策信息的重要组成部分。本文在深入分析了产品与工艺设计决策需求的材料信息基础上,建立设计决策支持的材料信息需求框架;并在此基础上,提出基于 XML 的材料信息三层表示模型,即基础层、逻辑层和应用层;最后,从应用层上,建立基于 IDEF0 的设计决策支持的制造质量信息功能模型。
Abstract:Material information(MI) is very useful for supporting design decision-making. In deep analysisof the product and process design decision-making needs of material information, material information requiremen tframework for supporting design decision is built, and on this basis, the XML-based representation of three layers of MI model is proposed, that is, the underlying layer, logical layer, and application layer. Finally, from the application layer, decision-supported manufacturing quality information feature model is built based on IDEF0.
