摘要针对航空航天产品装配流程复杂、装配生产线产能评估困难的问题,提出将物理仿真层与逻辑仿真层分离的装配生产线分层建模策略并分别给出扩展 Petri 网模型。在此基础上进一步提出将装配生产线扩展 Petri 网模型映射为离散事件仿真模型,并利用离散事件仿真模型对多种条件限制下的装配生产线进行产能评估。以某型飞机装配线作为案例研究,应用所提建模策略和方法建立分层装配生产线模型,并利用仿真环境进行产能评估。案例分析结果表明所提建模策略和方法的可行性,能够较好地反映装配生产线运行逻辑,能够对不同资源条件配置下的生产线性能评估提供决策支持。
Abstract:Aiming at assembly process complexity and assembly line throughput prediction in aerospace industry, this paper proposed a novel assembly line modelling method that builds the physical-layer and logical-layer model separately, with extended Petri net models respectively. Based on this concept, this research further applies a modelling strategy which links the extended Petri net model of assembly line with discrete event simulation. This allows a discrete event simulation model to be used supporting assembly line throughput prediction under constraints of multi-conditions. This paper uses an aircraft assembly line as case study to implement the proposed modelling strategy and method in a discrete event simulation tool for throughput prediction. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and better at modelling the logic of assembly line operations, as well as the influence on assembly line throughput prediction under different resource configurations.
