The impacts of complex and changeable external environment on traditional management are analyzed.The collaboration-in-latitude of main reform management method based on process is proposed to avoid the confliction of multiple actions and to provide synergistic effect of multiple methods.The integration-in-longitude from strategy to implementation based on the logical relationship of process value is studied to provide main line of alingnment and synthesis for the implementation of total enterprise strategy,the enhance of total performance and operational management. The collaboration and synthesis management framework and system based on process is built up to provide a scientific and effective method for dealing with the challenge and complexity of rapid change.
By analyzing the constitution characteristics of product process information,the product process information model is built by using object-oriented method,the mapping table between object and data object in multi-database application system is also built.Based on this,a format product process information inquiry language—CAPPSQL is proposed,by which the visiting mechanism can be realized for obtain-ing process information directly by the object of process information and related object mapping.
Considering the characteristics and adaptability of analytic hierarchy process (AHP),a hierarchical model for supplier evaluation based on AHP is proposed.The eight key elements including quality, delivery,cost,capability,system,consciousness,credit, relation and their corresponding sub—elements are thoroughly analyzed.The application procedure of the model is given by using AHP and the algorithm case is analyzed.The model can be applied to evaluate the comprehensive capabilities of the alternative suppliers,and fits for suppliers from a variety of core eompanies.
A novel five-degree of freedom fully parallel machine tool consisting of five actuating limbs and one passive constraint limb which can realized three-dimension and two-dimension move is proposed.The overall layout,parameterized solid modeling design of the structural component and their assembly process are studied.The designed parameterized solid model for the virtual prototype has reasonable structure and vivid shape and can be used directly for engineering analysis and design optimization,which provides effective means for manufacturing actual machine tool.
In light of the functional requirements of distributing collaboration,integration,simulation and management for complex product Virtual prototype development,a Web-based distributed architecture of supporting platform is built,and tools of system management,coolaborative design and performance simulation which integrated in platform are introduced.The design and implementation method of the tools are presented,and a prototype software system is developed based on J2EE.
A method of aerodynanic banded shot peen forming is proposed to form large wing skin panels with complex profile.The panel is integral subdividing into bands and subregions in band to carry out shot peen forming according to the contour curvature and thickness distribution.The shot peen forming paramenters are detemined by fundamental experiments with panel specimens,the geometric model of panel blank is obtained with optimized feature mapping method,and the shot peen forming deformation amount is increased with prestress method.The above-mentioned banded shot peen forming method is applied in the large supercritical wing skin panels of ARJ21.
