The instantaneous contact rules at the deformation zone during three-roller cold rolling process, the motion trace of blank particles during rolling, the circumferential distribution of friction force and shear stress and deformation rules of metal tube at the each stage from going into to out of the deformation zone are obtained by analysis.
The techniques about intelligent NC programming of aircraft integral panel are discussed according to the aircraft panel characteristics, typical machining process route and problems in NC programming. The techniques include the construction of the intelligent NC programming system of air craft integral panel, comprehensive knowledge representation of NC machining, slicing recognition of generalized pocket, automatic cutting tool selection based on geometrical characteristics and automatic sequencing based on knowledge reasoning. By using the above techniques, the rapid NC programming system of aircraft integral panel is developed.
On the need of the system integration hierarchy, contents and platform construction in aviation industry, a distributed computer integrated manufacturing system is put forward and the network and physical model of this method is introduced. The characteristics of this method is clear structure, explicit function, comprehensive inclusion and easy to realize. At last, some suggestion on implement of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) is given.
The characteristics of using lowpower YAG laser welding 304 stainless steel under different vacuum degree are investigated. In order to confirm that vacuum condition can restrain plasma effectively, the effect of welding speed and energy input on welding penetration are analyzed. Macroappearances of the seam welded under different vacuum conditions are compared, and the microstructure as well as microhardness are tested.
