A mathematical model for aviation concurrent multi-project resourcconstrained scheduling optimization is built and an improved particle swarm algorithm is put forward to carry out concurrent scheduling for multi-project and to solve the net optimization problem. Finally, the simulation calculation is carried out for concurrent assembly plan of a certain aircraft, which validates this method.
The features knowledge of the typical aircraft wing structural part are analyzed, and the structure knowledge library which is independent of CAD platform is developed by using absorbing method for implementing the geometric design of typical know-ledge-driven aircraft wing structures. The design resource reuse of the typical wing structural part is implemented, so that the deformation design difficulties are reduced and the design efficiency is improved. A new method is provided for the establishment of other parts and standard parts libraries.
Electronic shearography interference testing technology is extremely fitting for non-destructive testing of composite. The tesing image of shearography includes much noise, so de-noising is a very important problem to resolve. Wavelet transformation is multi-resolution analysis, which can reduce noise effectively and keep details of image at the same time. Wavelet de~noising technique is applied to reduce noise of shearography image and experimental result is satisfactory.

According to the idea for the closed-loop management for the process and the general mechanism and practical method of the quality management in manufacturing system design,the basic characteristics of the economic and simple quality management system which should be adapted to the engineering activities and the sustained size built by the management organization of the manufacturing engineering based on the analysis of the hardware and soft ware in the quality mode are deduced.
