78 Application Research on Intelligent Optimization Database of Cutting Parameters
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.18.018

To solve the problem of difficulty in accessing and choosing the NC cutting parameters, the parts are disassembled, fined and classified according to the geometric features and the machining features and the intelligent optimization method of the cutting parameters is established. By using SQL server 2000
and Visual Studio 2005 as design platform, an intelligent optimization database system of the cutting parameters is developed, which can save the time of laying down the cutting parameters and can improve the production efficiency.

82 Selection of Process Parameters for NC Machining of Copper-Infiltr ated Tungsten Material
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.18.019
The cutting performance of the copper-infiltrated tungsten material is poor, and it is liable to produce cracks, broken debris and deformations. Cutting tools, cutting parameters, cutting fluid and cutting route are investigated to find out an approach to solve these problems.

90 Key Technology and Application of Creep Age Forming
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.18.016
The principle of the creep age forming and the practical effect of the creep age forming are analyzed by means of tests. Some key technologies, such as the loading method and method of die surface determination are described in detail. The possible application and the prospect of the creep age forming are introduced.

94 Design, Evaluation and Simulation of Aviation Manufactur ing System
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.18.017
The application of system simulation technolgy in aviation manufacturing field is mainly discussed. By the way of modeling the “as-is”and “to-be”production process of an aircraft engine turbine blade manufacturing factory and comparing the prerformance of the two models such as annual productivity and level of work~in~process inventory, machine utilization and labor utilization, the “to-be”production process is evaluated.
