The noncontact and nondestructive measurement method for microstructure dynamic properties, which combines micro scan ning laser Doppler vibrometer (SLDV) with the base excitation, the working principle of SLDV, the base exciter and its drive signal are introduced. The testing results of the typical microstructure — micro cantilever beam are given. It consists with the results of the theoretical calculation and FEM which verifies the effectiveness of this method.
The FEA of age forming process is carried out based on ABAQUS software. During the process of numerical simulation ananlysis, the age forming law is studied by changing each parameter. Finally, the optimal condition of process is obtained and the age forming law is researched under this condition.
On the basis of analyzing the knowledge requirement of manufacturing enterprise, the knowledge integration framework based on ontology is put forward and a primary ontology of manufacturing enterprise is built in the integrated development environment. The key realization technologies such as ontology-based knowledge modeling, storage model of repository, and knowledge retrieval based conception are presented. The prototype system indicates that the knowledge integration based on ontology can solve the problem of semantic integration of heterogeneous knowledge source in aviation manufacturing enterprise.
