74 Investigation on the Abrasive Wear of Ti Alloy Belt Grinding
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.001

Abrasive wear process and machanism of Ti alloy belt grinding are discussed. The initial wear stage and the stationary wear stage of the belt wear process are verified. Furthermore, the influence of cutting depth and feed rate on wear are analyzed. The results show that the contour of belt surface is the crucial
factor to extend the belt life and improve the machining precision stability.

77 Angel Mechanism Control of Low-Speed Pressurized Wind Turnnel Model Support System
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.016

An angle mechanism control system, taking SCM as a core, in the low speed pressurized wind tunnel model support system is introduced. This system uses the interface circuit of SCM to realize the control of the servomotor and the communication and data transfer among the master computers and to solve
the problems of the unaccuracy caused by the mechanical backlash and of the model control caused by the nonlinear movement of the angle mechanism bearing rod in the model support system. The military control precision required by the wind tunnel test is achieved.

80 Research on Bracket Deformation of CNC Fastening System Based on CATIA V5
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.018

The large size CNC fastening system’s bracket deformation mechanism and its effect are discussed. The compensation technique for the braket deformation and the related deformation simulation system based on CATIA V5 are developed, which can correct the deformation amount in real-time in
work process. The defrmation problem of large size bracket of CNC fastening system is solved. The results of research is used in wing panel manufacture for ARJ21 jet.

84 Bonding Mechanism and Mechanical Properties of Pure Aluminum by Accumulative Roll-Bonded Welding Process
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.019

The accumulative roll-bonded (ARBed) welding tests of annealed pure Al L2 are carried out for 10 cycles at room temperature. The effect of rolling cycle on bonding interface by optical microscope and the effect of rolling cycle on the mechanical properties in tensile tests at room temperature and by microhardness tests are investigated. The research shows that the effect of the sample is better and better with the increase of the rolling cycles. The bonding mechanism is N.Bay. The strength and microhardness of the material is improved obviously with the increase of  the cycles, but the elongation drops sharply. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the material after 10th cycle are 190.44MPa,152.27MPa and 4.73%, respectively.

87 Application of Variable Axis Curved Contour Milling in Special Thin Wall Part Machining
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.020

The application of the variable axis curved contour milling in NC program design and machining is discussed according to the special thin wall part. The functions and application characteristics of the main parameters of the variable axis curved contour milling are researched in the whole machining program flow, so accepted parts can be machined.

91 Application of Integrated Computer System for Common Heat Treatment
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2008.16.002

With Visual Basic programming language and SQL Server database, integrated computer system for common heat treatment is developed, which includes functions such as data management of materials, process design and procedure control of heat treatment, etc. For a heat treatment production process, it
not only improves work efficiency, but also reduce production costs and workload.
