According to the actual requirements of chinese aircraft manufacturing enterprises, the formation of MBOM is analyzed. It is pointed out that MBOM stems from EBOM, and AO and FO are basic characteristic of MBOM. Based on this point, the concept that MBOM and its related management technology are built based on manufacture process is defined. And the seamless chain of the integration-oriented system between CAPP and ERP can be realized based on MBOM.
Traditional and ultrasonic shot peening are applied on aluminum alloy 7075-T651 respectively. Surface profiles are observed and the mechanical properties are tested. The result indicates that surface roughness of ultrasonic shot peening specimen is 35.5% of the traditional shot peening one, and both these two processes could make the surface hardened to some degree, while the hardening effectiveness of ultrasonic shot peening is a little higher, and the maximum compressive residual stress of ultrasonic shot peening specimen is increased by 31.9% compared to the traditional shot peening one.
Application of brazing and friction welding technology for joining aluminum alloy with stainless steel are expatiated. Besides, some new joining technologies, including liquid-phase diffusion bonding, explosive welding, ultrasonic welding and surface activated bonding are introduced.
In view of forming the core competence in aviation industry enterprise, the factors in achievement evaluation based on the operation level, the tactical level and the strategic level are analyzed in light of the knowledge management. The achievement evaluation indication system of knowledge management is given and the fuzzy synthesis evaluation model is built up. Finally some suggestion about achievement evaluation is put forward.
The relation between process planning and production batch is analyzed. An organization model of process file and an evolvement model of process information based on batch changing manufacturing are put forward. The problems including multiformity of process file and dynamical rapid reuse of process information are solved. A prototype system based on the models has been taken into application.
