According to the present conditions of signal generator for the aviation testing instrument calibration, a design plan for signal generator based on PC104 bus and direct digital synthesize(DDS) is put forward. The structure and function principle of whole signal generator is introduced, and the hardware design of DDS signal generation module and power amplified module are discussed in detail.
Welding process of titanium alloy cabin of certain product is discussed from the following aspects: deign of welding blank, definition of technological process of welding and machining, selection of welding method and parameters, and design of roller of resistance seam welding, and so on. A rational technology project is laid down in combination with welding test process. The test result shows that the technology project is suitable for the welding of the titanium alloy cabin.
The manufacturing grid is an effective manner of resource sharing in network environment. Modeling resources and constructing service node are the base. Firstly, manufacturing resources are classified from several angles of view according to various service types. Secondly, a unified abstract resource model is proposed, which is composed of a resource layer, an expression layer and an interface layer. All kinds of physical resources are contained in resource layer; resource data and information are encapsulated by XML Schema in expression layer; interfaces and operations are defined by using Web Service Description Language (WSDL) in interface layer. Lastly, being the validity check, an enterprise standard part library system (as software resource) and a numerical control machine (as hardware resource) are encapsulated into resource nodes.
Based on the first law of thermodynamics, a theoretical model is developed in order to calculate the thermal energy dissipated per unit volume and per cycle, in which the cooling rate of the specimen is a parameter obtained from the test. According to the continuous noncontact measurement during the fatigue test of LY12CZ aluminum alloy by using infrared thermography, the surface temperature of material increases at the beginning of the test, then tends to a stationary value and rapidly increases till fracture finally. The surface temperature oscillates around the stationary value with small amplitude which increases with the increase of stress amplitude. The higher the stress amplitude applies, the higher the thermal energy dissipates per unit volume and per cycle.
In the design of complicated products, there will be many modification versions. The combination of versions is universal, so a graphic version model(GVM) is needed to describe the combination. The GVM can represent the relation and evolution record of versions intuitionally and legibly. According to the theory of directed acyclic graph, the GVM in the version management is built, and the method of rebuilding graph for 2D table are studied and dynamical display of GVMis implemented.
The rinsing technology and the design and application of rinsing frame for integral fuel tank is introduced. The wing integral fuel tank of LE500 aircraft is taken as the example.
