Fuzzy Analysis of Thermal Comfort Temperature in Manned Spacecraft Cabin

A fuzzy analysis method is presented to determine thermal comfort temperature in manned spacecraft cabin. On the base of analyzing the influence of astronaut activity level, relative humidity and set temperature on thermal comfort, the set temperature of air-condition system is determined by use of fuzzy theory, and the polling list of temperature is given. The results can direct the astronauts to set the control temperature of air-condition system according to practical condition, and provide theoretical basis for the automatic control design of air~condition system with variable set temperature.

Precision Nanopositioner Stage

nanopositioner stage is built with finite element method. The displacement, stress distribution, natural frequencies and vibration modes of flexible hinge effected by some main factors are analyzed. The influences of main structure parameters on static and dynamic characteristics of the nanopositioner stage are investigated by comprehensively using orthogonal test design. The regression equations of the performances, structure sizes of nanopositioner stage are obtained by using stepwise regression analysis on numerical results, and a prototype is manufactured for verification.

Parametric Sensitivity Analysis of Fatigue Life of Compressor Disk

Low cycle multi-axial fatigue failure is a main fail form of aeroengine compressor disks. Failure of compressor disk often causes serious consequence. The sensitivities of fatigue life to relative parameters are analyzed by means of difference method and the sensitivity of relative parameters is determined
