A RTLinux-based real-time SERCOS monitor is designed and realized to listen to the data message sent from control unit (master) to drives ( slaves) . After analyzing these data according to the SERCOS protocol, whether these data messages monitored are correct or not could be judged. The basic framework of the real-time monitor program and the implementation of its major functions are given, and the experimental results of the cyclic and noncyclic transmission data monitored is also presented.
There is a different model of research and development (R&D) between moonlet and traditional satellites. The organization process of virtual enterprise in R&D process of the moonlet is analyzed by means of the fully new organization mode—virtual enterprise. On this base, the composing process of virtual enterprise in R&D of moonlet is designed. Furthermore, the partner selection, which is the key problem of the R&D mode, is profoundly discussed.
According to the plastic-rigid finite element theory, the cold extrusion forming process of multicavity thin wall part with changing section is analyzed by using non-linear finite element analysis software Deform3D. The flow, stress and strain distributions of metal during extrusion deformation are obtained through simulation of cold extrusion process of multicavity thin wall part with changing section. The reasons of defects are analyzed and the solutions are suggested.
