Based on the analysis of aircraft manufacturing process and quality management, the quality management method of manufacturing process based on MBOM is put forward. The working flow, the structures and characteristics of the QBOM, as well as the establishment and management of QBOM are investigated.
The characteristics and difficulties of the position control of the hydraulic system are analyzed. The problems, such as big lag of motion track and rough speed when hydraulic multi-axis coordinated control are studied. By using the method of setting master-slave variables and estimating master variable, the real-time interpolation control algorithm for hydraulic multi-axis coordinated motion track is put forward. The error analysis of the algorithm is carried out and the specific steps for algorithm programming are given.
The experiments of deburring of drilled micro-holes are done by using the technique of low-frequency vibration grinding with liquid abrasive. The results show that this technique can remove burrs effectively. This technique are low cost, brief operation and higher application value in practice.
A standard calculation method of plastic injection parts is put forward. The similarity value of plastic injection parts is composed with standardization attribute distance weighted summation and a sensitivity coefficient is introduced to adjust the similarity value with the differential grade. The weighted value is contributed according to the effect of each attribute item of plastic part on object. The algorithm can be used for searching and matching the similar plastic parts in case-based reasoning injection mould design.
The requirement for the size and shape accuracy of locating hole on the annular thin wall component is very high, the thin wall structure of component brings many difficulties to the manufacturing. A series of rules of clamping,cutting tools and processing parameters to process similar annular thin wall components are concluded to help engineers.
