Weld shape of TC4 titanium alloy thick plate by electron beam welded is investigated experimentally. The effects of different welding parameters on weld shape is analyzed. It is found that the focus current has a large influence on weld shape, and change of focus current leads to difference of weld shape. The effect of welding speed on weld shape is less than that of the focus current. The integral shape of weld differs, but there is no much greater change in weld shape with changing welding speed. Beam current has a little influence on weld shape. With various beam current, the change of weld shape approximates integral reduction and enlargement.
The short fiber-reinforced PEEK composite is prepared by hot~press forming method. The composite is dry drilled by twist dill head made of high-speed steel, cemented carbide and TiN coat on CNC engraving machine SXDK6050. The surface roughness of hole is tested to study the effects of different cutting parameters, fiber types, fiber contents and materials of cutting tool on surface quality.

A reasonable reasoning mechanism is put forward, so that the intelligentized system generates the mold required by users. The knowledge ~based intelligent generation system for the precision casting mold is established. The design quality and efficiency are improved.
The principle for customization flow is introduced and the model frame of customization system is given. The method of network customization system is expounded. The structure of automatic drawing system is designed, and the contents, the functions and the relationships of modules are introduced. At last, the result of application of the technology is presented.
Static mechanical properties of bamboo/epoxy composites are tested. The test results show that bamboo/epoxy composites have the advantages of high specific modulus and high specific strength, as well as low density, so the composites have good application prospect.
