74 Fuzzy Evaluation Method Based on Multi-Index Progressive Mode for Aircraft Assembly Sequence
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.017

For the situation that there are too many indexes of aircraft assembly sequence (AAS) and the qualitative indexes are hard to evaluate, a progressive fuzzy evaluation algorithm based on multi-index is proposed. Then the AAS can be synthetically evaluated with multiindex progressive mode. Finally, this algorithm is validated in a subassembly of an aircraft, and it is proved to be effective.

78 Research and Application of Aircraft Configuration Control Technolgy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.018

The process of aircraft configuration management is introduced and idea of the simplified aircraft configuration control based on modularization is given, which implements the hierarchical aircraft confi guration control by module. The hierarchical tracing model of version is established. Finally, the useful application
solution of aircraft version management and control is proposed.

83 Application of Group Technology to Production Scheduling in Typical Space Product
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.019

Similarity analysis on the characteristic of typical space product is carried out and the group product workpiece is classified according to similarity principle of group technology. Based on analysis on existing production scheduling method of typical product and the characteristic of each sort of product, manufacture is
organized by different production scheduling to balance the product line. By applying above measure, the manufacture capability of product line is improved.

86 Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Friction Plug Welding Joint of 2014 Al Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.005

Friction plug welding (FPW) of 2014 Al alloy in 4mm thickness is carried out and the microstructures, mechanical properties and fracture mode of the joint are analyzed. The result shows that the FPW joint microstructures could be divided into three different regions including welding seam zone, HAZ and base metal zone. The welding seam consists of refined and equiaxial recrstallized grains. Mechanical experiment shows that the technological parameters, such asfrictional pressure, friction time, tapered plug/tapered hole suited angles and welding speed can affect joint properties. The peak tensile strength of the FPW joint can reach 375 MPa as much as 79% of the base metal by selection of suitable welding parameters and joint structures. The analysis of the fracture surface morphology shows that it is ductile fracture.

91 Deformation Control of EBW of TC4 Blisk
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.006

The welding deformation of the blisk welded by the electron beam welding (EBW) method is controlled by optimization of wleding process, rigid fixture, electron beam local heating and vacuum heat treatment. And the blisk is produced successfully.

94 Anti-Collision Property Simulation of Tanker Aircraft Drogue
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.23.021

By taking the tanker aircraft drogue as a research object, the fi nite element model of collision dynamic analysis is set up, and the dynamic simulation is performed on the collided process of the tanker aircraft drogue and the oil joint of tanker aircraft. The collision force between the tanker aircraft drogue and the oil joint is analyzed, as well as the structural stress of the tanker aircraft drogue and the tension of the position limit wire ropes among frames. The dynamic response rule of the tanker aircraft drogue in the collision process is investigated. In addition, the research points out the weakness which could result in the nonserviceable of the tanker aircraft drogue.
