A three dimensional numerical model of the RAW200/160-5 radial axial ring rolling machine is built based on the finite element method, and then the entire virtual rolling process of a turbine case blank is realized. The simulation results that it keeps good agreement with the practical deforming process, and the real-time expanding of ring is also given out.
Based on the numerical simulation results of ProCAST, an reverse deformation method for investment casting die is presented. The node information is extracted fi rst, and the disordered grids are changed into order ones. The effi ciency of sorting and matching can be improved by the combination of the methods which are used for the simplifi cation of grid fi les and quick sort. And the reverse deformation system of die is built. The example proves the better effect on die design of turbine blade.
A KBS (Knowledge Based System) based on CATIA (Computer Aided Three dimensional Interactive Application) for aircraft assembly-design is developed by using Oracle database management system and Visual C++. Net and CAA (Component Application Architecture) FOR CATIA V5 and the structure, implementation method and key technologies are anylized. The integration of system user interface and CATIA software environment posesse interactivity, which achieves tapid reuseing of knowledge and experiences, asisted learning, rapid design, as well as effi ciency improving.
In order to improve the effi ciency of regional aircraft assembly, a concurrent assembly sequence planning method based on binary-encoding is presented to realize the concurrent assembly. Assembly priority of parts is described by binary-encoding, assembly feature table with time constraint is defi ned, and priority of parts is updated in the assembly process with the binary operation. Algorithm of concurrent assembly sequence planning is presented to reduce the assembly time, and the algorithm is illustrated by the example of regional aircraft to reduce the assembly time. This concludes the algorithm of concurrent assembly sequence planning based on binary-encoding is feasible and effective.
In order to improve the effi ciency of the missile rapid design and reduce the workload, VC++6.0 is taken as the development environment and Pro/E based on skeleton model’s parametrization modelling, variable and single database is made fully use of to research Pro/E secondary development technology based on Pro/TOOLKIT asynchronous mode. The data communication and sharing between application software and Pro/E is realized to ensure the rapid and automatic update of aircraft appearance and its related parameters and then to drive the automatic analysis of all subjects. Finally, and example is given to verify the validity of the method and the result shows that this method is feasible.
