70 Experimental Study on Cutting Force and Friction Coeffi cient of PCBN Cutting Tool
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.12.002

The relationship between cutting force, friction factor and cutting consumption of PCBN is studied. It is illustrated that PCBN cutting tool is superior to YN10 carbide cutting tool. PCBN cutting tool is especially suitable for high-speed and dry cutting condition. In order to increase productivity, large feed save more energy and power than large cutting deep.

74 WBS Supporting Complex Product Development
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.12.007

The difference and relationship of systems engineering and project management were discussed. It is concluded that the complex product development requirs the combination of systems engineering and project management. Therefore, a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) model, PDA-WBS, is proposed to satisfy this requirement. The characteristic of the WBS is discussed, and a DWBS template which coordinates with the characteristic of the systems engineering is presented. Finally, a software framework to implementing the presented WBS is introduced.

83 Investment Precision Control of Maintainability Rise for Active Equipment
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.12.025

The maintainability of equipment is determined by a series of indexes, the scheme of maintainability rise should derive from multi-properties optimization. The theory of data envelopment analysis (DEA) is good at evaluating the units with multiproperties. Used in scheme optimization of maintainability rise, the theory of DEA can not only rank all sample schemes but also show clearly the shortcomings and reform trend for the non-classic schemes by building frontier, and then make the non-classic schemes be best among all sample schemes after the shortcomings adjusted. Then the feasibility and adjust measure for suppositional decision making units could be obtained based on the foregone samples with the help of theory of DEA.

87 Analysis of Infl uential Factor on Aircraft Brake Discs by Finite Element Method
DOI: 0.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.12.017

The finite element simulation model of aircraft brake discs transient temperature fi eldis built up. The influence of parameters changing on temperature field distribution is studied specially. The simulation and calculation of model is carried out by ANSYS. The simulation results show that the model is suitable for the real work condition and is valuable for the research of high-performance braking.

91 Equipment Support System Confi guration Management Model
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2009.12.018

Equipment support system breakdown structures are researched, confi guration management requisition is analyzed in the process of building equipment support system breakdown structures. Support system configuration management general tree model is abstracted, and its information model is constructed based on the basis of support system data structure characteristics. Furthermore, procedure model is constructed via to activity diagram belong to United Model Language (UML), with a case for airplane equipment support system configuration management being presented, which can be proved that the model may instruct support system design from top to low. The model may also be used to a multi-series, multi-concept, multiviews support system development procedure.
