DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.017
The fatigue damage of 2 central components of helicopter rotor hub is analyzed comprehensively by inspecting the fracture area appearance, analyzing macroscopic and microscopic morphology, energy spectrum and infl uence of machining process, verifi cation of supplementary testing. The main reasons and improvement of central component damage are confi rmed, which provides the value experiences for the failure analysis and manufacturing technology of titanium component of helicopter rotor system.

75 Study on Property of Spreaded Large Tow Carbon Fiber Composites
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.001
Large tow carbon fibers (12K and 50K) are spreaded on a self-designed multi-rollers system within several special-shaped rollers as kernel parts. And effect of spreading process on the permeability characteristics of large tow carbon fi ber, on the inner structure and bending performance of large tow carbon fi ber reinforced composites are studied. Results show both 12K and 50K large tow carbon fibers can be spreaded ideally by using self-designed spreading system. Thanks to thinner thickness of fi ber tow, the uniformity of fi ber distribution in perform is improved, the permeability of perform is decrease to half, and the uniformity of permeation is improved. There are less internal defects and smaller internal defects in spreaded large tow carbon fi ber reinforced composites, and more uniformity of fi ber-resin distribution is obtained. The bending performance such as bending modulus and bending strength of composites are improved, and the discrepancy of performance of composite is smaller.

79 Development of Linear Friction Welding Database System Based on Client/Server Mode
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.004
A linear friction welding database system based on Client/Server mode is developed by using Oracle database technique and visual programming language (Visual C++.net). It realizes the management and maintenance of information related to LFW, provides flexible query method and friendly interfaces for user. It can be easily manipulated with strong practicability.

82 Research on Weapon Equipment Acquisition System Based on Web
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.021
Taking the acquisition of an aircraft as an illustration, the implementation of a Weapon Equipment Acquisition System is studied, which can be summarized as two parts: phases partition of the Weapon Equipment Acquisition, structural hierarchy and general framework of the acquisition system are discussed in the first part; implementation of the system with the integration of the current commercial software like. Project Server and CATIA is introduced. The research confi rms a feasible way to achieve an acquisition system through integrating with mature software (or system).

86 Influence of Pre-Corrosion on Fatigue Property of AF1410 EBW Joint
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.005
AF1410 steel is a new type super entension steel, which is suited to manufacture key parts of ship and aircraft. Usually, these parts are welded by electron beam welding (EBW). In order to verify the reliability of AF1410 steel EBW joint, brine pre-corrosion fatigue life detection method is introduced. After different brine corrosion time, the fatigue lifes of EBW joints of AF1410 steel are obtained under different cycle loading. Through studying these test data, it can be found that pre-corrosion will decrease the fatigue life of AF1410 steel EBW joints.

91 Hybrid Ultrasonic Pulse VPTIG Welding Process for 2219 Aluminum Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.006
Microstructure and mechanical properties of 2219-T87 high-strength aluminum alloy weld joints are investigated based on the conventional VP-TIG and ultrafast-convert hybrid ultrasonic pulse VPTIG (HPVP-TIG) welding technology. The results show that the number of gas pore in welds obtained by the HPVP-TIG welding process is predominantly reduced and eliminated indeed. The grain structure is refined and the mechanical properties of weld joint are signifi cantly enhanced. Under the conditions of pulse frequency of 40 kHz, pulse duty of 20% and pulse current amplitude of 100 A, tensile strength and percentage elongation increase about 32% and 138%, respectively by compare it with the conventional,VPTIG process.

94 Research on Investment Casting Deformation Separation Method for Turbine Blade#br#
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.20.019
The blade middle section is adopted as the typical part to study the method for separating bending deformation, and a calculation method for deformation rectification is proposed. The displacement field which is separated, can be used as the data support for shrinkage calculation and deformation distribution modeling.
