Assembly Coordination Sequence Optimization Based on Membership Function

In order to make the best of experts’experience and knowledge from assembly process in face of assembly market and to solve assembly coordination sequence optimization question, an assembly coordination sequence optimization based on membership function method is presented. 7 rank evaluation standards are set to mark by the experts that compare random of each two assembly coordination sequences. Calculate total score and precedence selection ratio to form precedence matrix of relation. And finally, membership degree of each assembly coordination sequence is calculated by average arithmetic, and the biggest of which is the best assembly coordination sequence. And the method is applied to a certain aircraft wing as an experiment.

Process Optimization for Sealing Components Static of Low Pressure Turbine Aeroengine CF6-80C/E

The optimization process of aviation sheet metal is introduced. Through CAD/CAM and laser cutting technology, the stamping bends are exactly unfolded for near end shape and to increase the utilization rate of the materials. To cancel the allowance process and decrease the manufacturing cost, the near end shape bend forming technology is investigated with stamping instead of brazing. And the percent of pass for once brazing is increased through the technical increase of stamping and brazing process.

Ant Colony-Simulated Annealing Algorithm of Aviation Project Resource Leveling and Optimizing Problems

To raise the utilization efficiency of aviation project resources and reduce project cost, an ant colony-simulated annealing optimization to solving the problem of network plan resource leveling and optimizing is proposed. Firstly, the project hierarchical network plan are incorporated by using the pretreatment algorithm, and a object function for optimizing resources is established considering the relationship of resource index and the overlapping network. Secondly, the key-space-constructing method of ant colony-simulated annealing arithmetic based on network plan is discussed. Besides, the rules of arithmetic’s state-shift, pheromone updating and the effectively simulated-annealing-local-search-strategy are proposed, and a detailed approach for resource leveling and optimizing is established. Finally, the arithmetic is illustrated by using representative instance.

Theory and Empirical Study of Post-Evaluation for Work Quota in Aviation Industrial Enterprises

Based on standardizing work quota determination procedures and defining standard work quota, the teams and groups (individual) hours utilization factor are proposed for the features of aviation industrial enterprises. By combining the results with statistical sampling of the data to study the balance of work quota, empirical analysis is done taking HY team as an example.

Improvement on Stylus 2-D Contour Gauging System

The stylus 2-D contour gauging system is greatly improved. The device structure is designed newly for the modified measuring method, and the measuring precision gets much better than before. And the system error compensation algorithm is designed for reducing gauging error. A new thread gauging method is put forward, which simplifies the operation process and improves the assess accuracy. A new function of contour comparison is designed to assess the quality of the measured part by comparing it to another standard contour.

Study on Sine Motion of Leading Edge Controlling System Based on CNC X-Y Table

In wind-tunnel test, it is a new trend to control the leading edge of aircraft model for dynamic test, and also for special experimental research. Based on the principle of the CNC servo for X-Y table circular interpolation, a new leading edge controlling system is proposed. The control parameter of the system is modified after simulation and analysis, so that the error is reduced and the practical motion trajectory of leading edge maximumly approaches the instruction trajectory. The result of wind tunnel test shows that this system is feasible and has high accuracy.
