81 Knowledge Classifi cation and Acquisition for Aeroengine Design Based on Knowledge Management
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.18.018
Modern aeroengine design is one based on knowledge. Classification and acquisition of design knowledge is a key to successful implement of knowledge management for aeroengine design. It helps to accumulate design knowledge effectively, to push the plan of design knowledge management, to realize aeroengine design based on knowledge management to implement knowledge acquisition for aeroengine design. Consequently, this would advance the design capability for aeroengine. The knowledge of aeroengine design, which include the structure and design process of aeroengine, are analyzed. The classifi cation method of aeroengine design knowledge, the strategy and method of design knowledge acquisition are drawn out. Data mining and knowledge discovery in database are discussed.

86 Classifi cation and Hierarchical Model of Manufacturing Knowledge Supporting Process Planning
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.18.010
The aim of this research is to classify and model manufacturing knowledge required by process planning. The relationship between manufacturing knowledge and process planning is analyzed. According to roles of manufacturing knowledge in process planning, manufacturing knowledge is categorized into three classes which are manufacturing resource class, artifact class and manufacturing process class. A hierarchical model of manufacturing knowledge is constructed that is consisted of part level, attribute level and database level. Taking manufacturing equipment as a case, an expressive model of manufacturing knowledge is set up by using IDEF1X method.

89 Research of Controlling Coarse-Grain of Stretching Skin Part
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.18.019
There ware coarse-grained defects on the surface of 2014 material for commercial aircraft (material specification: L164/L165/L167) and 2B06OB material during the stretch forming: By making a lot of process tests, the causes of coarse grain are analyzed and found out, material properties are clear, and a fi nal solution is proposed.

92 Relation Between Molten Pool Infrared Radiation Signal and Welding Parameter During CO2 Laser Welding of TC4
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.18.020
CCD camera and infrared radiation monitoring system are used to systematically study the influences of the heat input on the relative intensities of the infrared radiation and the area of molten pool during laser welding of TC4. The results show that the relative intensities of the signal can be obviously divided into three phases for the whole weld seam: the starting state of welding, the quasi-stable state, and the arc suppressing of welding. When the laser power keeps constant with welding speed decreasing, the area of molten pool increases, meanwhile the relative intensity of infrared radiation signal increases. Results indicate that there are the same varying rules existing between molten pool and relative intensities of infrared radiation.Thereby, changes about the area of molten pool can be monitored quite exactly, and the stability of welding process can be monitored by using infrared radiation signal.

96 Integrated Test Facility for Performance Parameter of Laser
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.18.001
The performance parameters of lasers are introduced briefly. Based on practical requirement, test facility for performance parameter of lasers is studied, one detailed project is put forward, the design of optical-mechanical structure, optical path, and test methods of the test facility in detail are dissertated. In order to make up for measurement error caused by the different transmittance and refl ectance when polarized beam incidence on 45 degrees plane, two pair perpendicular P-spectroscopes and S-spectroscopes are constructed in this test facility,in this way it can improve the veracity of measure of laser energy further. The result of error analysis shows that the test facility can satisfy the test requirements in engineering use.
