Abstract The applications of advanced materials and technologies on airborne missile are the basis and precondition
of excellent airborne missile. In this paper, the domestic and international development and characteristics of advanced
materials including composite materials, high temperature titanium alloy, Al-Li alloy, intermetallic compound and technologies
including near net shape, ultra-precision machining technology are discussed.
