| Influence of Pre-Corrosion on Fatigue Property of AF1410 EBW Joint |

Abstract AF1410 steel is a new type super entension steel, which is suited to manufacture key parts of ship and aircraft. Usually, these parts are welded by electron beam welding (EBW). In order to verify the reliability of AF1410 steel EBW joint, brine pre-corrosion fatigue life detection method is introduced. After different brine corrosion time, the fatigue lifes of EBW joints of AF1410 steel are obtained under different cycle loading. Through studying these test data, it can be found that pre-corrosion will decrease the fatigue life of AF1410 steel EBW joints.
