Abstract：Based on the project of aircraft assembly pulsation line, this paper studies the detailed method and process of the planning of the pulsation assembly line. Through the research of the digital design and optimization method of the aircraft assembly pulsation line, the research ideas of the key technologies of process optimization and production line simulation are analyzed. Moreover, the application in the project of the key technologies is introduced.
