Abstract Two different parallel welding seam of TA15 Titanium alloy EB welding joints are obtained by using the right parameter under140kV accelerated voltage, 600mm/min velocity, 318mA and 338mA focus current, 43mA and 50mA electron beam current. The result shows that high current results in the coarser grain size, wider heat affected zone and smoother microhardness curve.
