The characteristics of aerial weapon equipment project are analyzed and the design principle of the process evaluation index system for aerial weapon equipment project is put forward．According to the related knowledge of project management，the process evaluation index system for aerial weapon equipment project is presented and the steps to determine the weight of the index system are discussed by means of using grey relating theory．
