Abstract:Affected by the operation space, a certain type of model of the vertical joint bearing and the bearing housing must be assembled by hand. It is easy to cause the stuck problem in the assembly process of the bearing. Combining with the assembly clearance and assembly time requirements of the self-lubricating joint bearing, the specific influence law of temperature field change on the deformation of self-lubricating joint bearing is analyzed based on ABAQUS simulation. The specific requirements for the bearing temperature during the cold shrink assembly of the bearing are put forward. The curve of the bearing temperature with time in 20°C assembly environment is monitored by experiments. The results show that the cold shrinkage temperature of the bearing is lower than –2°C, which meet the assembly needs. According to the finite element simulation analysis and experimental results, the bearing cold shrinkage assembly method was successfully applied to the model, which solved the stuck problem of the self-lubricating joint bearing of the model, and can be popularized and applied in other models.
