Research on Comprehensive Error Real-Time Compensation Method for SIEMENS CNC Machine Tools

摘要误差补偿技术是一种有效且经济的提高机床加工精度的方法。基于 SIEMENS 数控系统提供的温度补偿功能,结合基于 BP 神经网络的综合误差模型,提出了一种机床综合误差实时补偿方法。基于提出的误差补偿方法和 ARM 平台,设计开发了一套综合误差实时补偿系统。以 QLM27100 型龙门加工中心为对象进行零件加工时的机床综合误差补偿试验,试验结果显示试件最大误差减小了 59.1%,验证了该补偿方法的有效性。
Abstract:Error compensation technology is an effective and economical method to improve the machining accuracy of machine tools. Based on the temperature compensation function provided by SIEMENS numerical control system and the comprehensive error model based on BP neural network, a real-time compensation method of comprehensive errors for machine tool is proposed. Based on the proposed error compensation method and ARM platform, a set of real-time error compensation system is designed and developed. The comprehensive error compensation experiment of machine tools during processing is tested on linkage gantry CNC machine tool QLM27100. The experimental results show that the maximum error of the test part is reduced by 59.1%, which verifies the effectiveness of the compensation method.
